It's definitely not the worse I've ever seen, but as explained above, I literally lost hours of my time, just because I didn't notice the game auto-detecting the wrong version of my controller.Īnd as an example, in my case, I really like the Interact Button on E, since I play a lot of games that use it that way (Genshin Impact annoys me in this regard, since by default E is a spell button and F is the Interact Button, but I'm a bit of a lazy bastard for not simply changing those inputs ingame). I imagine it has something to do with NightOfRevenge/OtherConfigData or NightOfRevenge/NightOfRevenge_Data, but I don't know how to read that garbled code stuff.Įven if you could, everyone has a different setup that's comfortable for them, so you can't really make everyone happy, that's why the Configure Screen exists in most games, and it's not too bad in Night of Revenge, it's just a bit clunky.
I checked, and it's beyond my technical know how. For this game? Maybe, I'm far too lazy to check, especially since, as stated above, I already use a bunch of technical work-arounds.
